Prior to becoming a Founding Partner of Zaremba Brown PLLC he was admitted to the New York State Bar and subsequently practiced before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Brown has handled both litigation and business matters involving hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of an array of individual and corporate clients in the course of his legal career with both boutique and large international law firms. Brian then transferred his practice to the New York office of a large international firm where he attained comparable success. Brian is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He has been recognized by his peers with his selection to Super Lawyers and has been featured multiple times in New York Magazine’s annual list of Top Lawyers and has been featured in New York Law Journal’s and Top publications. He has been selected for inclusion and serves on the New York County Supreme Court Advisory Committee.
Philanthropically, Brian serves on the College Scholarship Committee for the Stephanie D. Brown & Barbara Murphy Scholarship Fund, through the Community Foundation of the Hudson Valley. The scholarship provides grants to young woman that want to pursue careers in early childhood education. He also volunteers his time to coach youth sports at St Joseph’s Parish CYO basketball and AYYA Federation soccer. Brian’s commitment to giving back is integral to his professional success.
Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College where played Division 1 Football for the Wildcats and was three times selected to the Southern Conference All-Academic team. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, Brian was on the Dean’s List and served as President of the Fordham Irish-American Law Students Association. Brian and his wife Meredith reside in Bronxville, NY with their three daughters Trinity, Grace and Lily.
