Prior to becoming Founding & Managing Partner and General Counsel of EEP Law he was he was admitted to the New York State Bar and subsequently practiced before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Nick has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in for clients and his prowess in legal writing has gained him respect and acclaim throughout the legal community, having authored an appeal in Santiago v. JP Morgan Chase & Co. that convinced the Court to change a two decade-old approach to interpreting the law. Nick is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Bar Association and Columbian Lawyers Association.
Philanthropically, Nick gives back to the community with his brother and fellow FFA Sports executive, John Elefterakis, by founding and sponsoring EEP Youth Baseball, a traveling grassroots sports team for inner-city youth. They have won numerous championships competing in the USABL and USSSA Youth Leagues. His passion and dedication for the youth and his family is what separate the Elefterakis brothers in the industry.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University. Nick went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to Fordham Nick played baseball for the nationally ranked Poly Prep Country Day School Blue Devils where he starred alongside Boston Red Sox VP of Player Personnel, Jared Banner. Nick and his wife Monique reside in Brooklyn, NY with their children Nikko, Tasso and Penelope.
